As a certified natural health practitioner and experienced teacher of yoga, Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), she combines sound expertise with a sensitive approach to body, breath and inner balance.
Her calm and mindful teaching style shapes the character of the retreats. The sessions are clearly structured, gently guided and create a safe, supportive space in which you can feel well cared for – regardless of your previous experience or physical level.
